Terms of Service

RoViral provides analytics, estimates, alerts and AI-assisted creative tools relating to games published on the Roblox platform, at roviral.app and its subdomains (the “Service”). We may change, add or remove features at any time.

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 where your country requires it). If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
• You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person or organisation per account; do not share or resell account access.
• Tell us immediately at support@roviral.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor, and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid features continue until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes, which are added where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; changes take effect at your next renewal and you may cancel before then.
• Failed or reversed payments may result in immediate suspension of paid features. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in account termination.

• New customers may start a 7-day free trial of the Lite plan. One trial per person, household, payment method and account; we may refuse or cancel a trial we believe is being abused.
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the trial period.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically into a paid Lite subscription at the price shown when you signed up ($9.99 per month, or the annual price if you chose annual billing), and it renews automatically after that until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any moment during the trial from your account, with no charge and no explanation needed. We send a reminder email before the trial converts.
• Trial credits and features may be limited, and unused trial credits do not carry over if you do not convert.

Except where consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund (for example the statutory withdrawal right for consumers in the UK/EEA), all fees are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. If something has gone genuinely wrong, email support@roviral.app within 14 days and we will look at it in good faith.

• Credits are a limited licence to use AI features. They are not money, carry no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not redeemable for cash.
• Credits are consumed when a generation or research request is submitted. Because AI output is inherently variable, a result you dislike is not by itself grounds for a credit refund, though we may re-credit at our discretion for genuine technical failures.
• Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase; plan credits expire at the end of each billing period unless stated otherwise.
• Referral credits require a genuine new user. Self-referrals, duplicate or automated accounts, and any other manipulation void the credits and may result in termination.

You agree not to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• scrape, resell, redistribute or systematically extract our data or output except as your plan expressly allows;
• reverse engineer, probe, overload, or bypass rate limits, paywalls or security controls;
• generate content that is sexual involving minors, hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive, malware-related, or that violates the Roblox Community Standards or the policies of any AI provider we use;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent our estimates as official Roblox figures;
• use the Service to build or train a competing product or model.

We may investigate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.

You keep ownership of the prompts and materials you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process and transmit them solely to operate and improve the Service and to send them to the AI provider that fulfils your request.

Subject to your paying any fees due, you own the images and text the Service generates for you, to the extent such rights can be owned. You are responsible for checking that your use of generated output is lawful and complies with Roblox’s rules. AI output is not unique — similar output may be generated for other users — and in some jurisdictions purely AI-generated material may not be copyrightable.

RoViral is an independent tool. It is not created by, affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” and all related marks are the property of Roblox Corporation. All game names, icons and figures are shown for informational and commentary purposes, and are sourced from publicly available endpoints.

The Virality Index, CCU-to-visit ratios, lag-to-lift alerts, revenue and Robux figures, and AI research are modelled estimates and opinions, not facts. They are derived from public data with assumptions, they can be wrong, delayed, incomplete or misleading, and they are not financial, investment, business, legal or tax advice.

Do not make investment, hiring, spending or business decisions solely on our output. You are solely responsible for any decision you take, and we accept no liability for the outcome.

The Service depends on third parties, including Roblox’s public endpoints, AI model providers, payment processing and hosting. We do not control them and are not responsible for their outages, changes or content. We do not promise any particular uptime, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. We may also discontinue the Service entirely with 30 days’ notice, in which case we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your content in line with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all output are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoViral and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost players, lost data, lost opportunities or reputational harm, however caused and on any theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You will indemnify and hold harmless RoViral and its operators from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the UK, EEA or another jurisdiction with mandatory local protections, you keep the benefit of those protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@roviral.app and give us 30 days to resolve the matter informally. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action, and each party waives any right to a jury trial.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger or sale. We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes by email or in-app before they take effect; continued use afterwards means acceptance.
